Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Scarpetta Shoes currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay for all orders.
Q: How do I use my discount code?
A: Using your discount code is very simple! Just place all items that you want to purchase into your cart. Go to checkout, and you'll see the discount code box, where you can enter your discount code. Your discount amount will be applied, and your total will update to your remaining balance (if applicable).
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships that includes tracking information. Please use the information from that email to track the status of your package. Should you need assistance, please contact us .
Q: How do I return my order?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Scarpetta Shoes, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If these requirements are not met the return will be refused and the refund will not be applied.

Q: Can I exchange my order?
A: While we do not have an exchange system in place at this time, to guarantee you get the exchange item while it is in stock, we advise you to purchase it now so we can ship it to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please ship back the original shoes you no longer need so we can process a refund upon receipt.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: It may take 4-10 business days for your return to reach Scarpetta Shoes. Once it is received and inspected (within 3-4 days upon receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Q: Which countries do you ship to internationally?
A: We currently ship internationally to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Q: Do you charge taxes or duties on international orders?
A: All international customers must pay applicable sales tax which will be determined and vary by your local government. The sale taxes will be calculated and presented at checkout. There will be no duties or taxes collected at time of delivery.
