Returns are accepted for full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If these requirements are not met, your return will be refused and the refund will not be issued.
To recieve a FREE RETURN on your order of $75 or more (contiguous US orders only, excludes clearance items), please contact us and we will send you a complimentary return label with instructions. Shipping fees for expedited orders are not refundable.

You may drop off your return at any authorized shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box.

Returns are inspected and refunded within 3-4 business days of receipt. The refund will automatically apply to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
While we do not have an exchange system in place at this time, to guarantee you get the exchange item while it is in stock, we advise you to purchase it now so we can ship it to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please ship back the original shoes you no longer need so we can process a refund upon receipt.
